I made this one for a girl at my bank a couple years ago...all scraps !

My mom who is also a quilter and my best friend :o) made this pretty green and yellow log cabin quilt for my sister Cindy, who says she wants every quilt she sees us working on...I tease because I say well you should learn how to quilt and make your own...but do I really want to share that special time I have with my mom oh yes and our stash....I don't think so :o)

This quilt was the result of a bug and butterfly swap I did on the hgtv website forums. I made it for my neighbor's niece Hailey...it turned out sooo cute. The first two image's are the back, I used my left overs to piece it...great way to used up scraps and add and extra element.

This is my very first quilt, I can't remember when I made it but after that one, I was hooked !!!

This quilt has been in progress for oh I would say about 7 or 8 years at least...It's my bee quilt ...so cute...I am hand quilting it, and only have just a little bit left to do...you know how it is, just one of those quilts that need to be finished.

My aunt Sally found this quilt is a zipped bag in her closet and asked my mom if I wanted it, my great grandma made it, which was cool in itself but then to find out it was made in 1972 then year I was born.

Yep it was ment to be in my home.

It is all hand pieced and hand quilted. In this photo, its hanging on a quilt rack that my dad made in my living room.

I work for two local photographers, John and Randy.

Over three years John had me make him several quilt...he has 3 daughters, one for his mom and one for his wife...I had made both photograhers one the year before for Christmas...needless to say they were a big hit !

I didn't take photos of 3 of them, which Im kicking myself in the rear for...I try to be good remembering to label and photograph each one, but sometimes Im on a tight deadline.

This quilt was made in 2008. Someone wanted one for one of her co-workers. This was my own design layout.

Here are some photo's of my grandson...he stays with us every other weekend...and is sooo much fun to have around...he brings great joy and energy into our home...
